At NSFG Canada, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

30-Day Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • It must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase or your order confirmation is required.

Please do not send products back without first contacting us. Returns received without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item is:

  • Damaged during delivery

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

  • Missing from your order

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at notsafeforgod1@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll review your request and work quickly to resolve it.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used fragrance products

  • Trial packs that have been opened or used

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Personalized or custom products (if applicable)

If you're unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before initiating a request.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges.

If you would like a different product, please request a return (if eligible). Once your return has been approved, you may place a new order for your preferred item.

European Union Customers

If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

If you have not received your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact us at notsafeforgod1@gmail.com.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, NSFG Canada will cover the return shipping costs.

For all other approved returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
